How Bad is Sharktopus?

In 1975, Steven Spielberg made moviegoers afraid of going into the water with his thriller, Jaws. Since then, the film industry has time after time to capture that same feeling with various shark movies. In 2010 Decian Obrien asked himself this one question… “what if I combined a shark with an octopus?” That is how we got Sharktopus. Join the crew and special guests, Katherine (Squid) Czerwinski and Ren Michele as they ask the question; “is this film better than what critics say? Or does it truly belong; on the bottom shelf?”

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes

In 1978 the world faced a great danger. Villainous grouping of the mature ovary of a flowering plant that is edible decided to turn the food chain on it’s head… Tomatoes were out for blood. At least that’s what John De Bello wanted us to think in his film, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. Is this low budget film better than what people say? Or does it truly belong on The Bottom Shelf?

In 1983, Columbia Pictures sought to bring a large scale epic to the silver screen that would rival Star Wars… They gave us Krull. While Krull is a critical fail, the question must be asked… is it actually a decent film? Or does this cult classic belong on the bottom shelf?

Ron Hubbard’s “Battlefield Earth: A Saga of the Year 3000″ was turned into a major motion picture simply called, “Battlefield Earth.” This Roger Christian film was a box office plane crash.
